Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

At more than 24 hours to the experience, you can rebook by contacting More Birds directly. However, some experiences have special rules for rebooking, e.g. for overnight stays and for experiences that require long preparation, and there may therefore be some exceptions. This will be stated under Rules and Safety on the experience's product page.

For less than 24 hours to the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked or refunded. Be aware that the experiences often involve preparations that involve expenses that must be covered, and therefore you will not be able to get the money back for the experience.

On the day: If something unpredictable has occurred immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g. illness), please contact the experience manager so they know that you are not attending anyway. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to another side.

Cancellation no later than 7 days before the full amount will be refunded. Cancellation 2 days before 50% of the amount will be refunded. Cancellation 1 day before or on the same day the amount is non-refundable.
